Shingrix Vaccine contains Recombinant Herpes Zoster Vaccine. is a two-dose vaccine series (0.5 mL per dose) administered via intramuscular injection in the upper arm. Completing the two-dose sequence is necessary for the prevention of shingles.

If you have a known allergy to Shingrix or any of its ingredients, stay away from it. If you have a fever, bleeding problems, or are pregnant or nursing, let your doctor know.
